DESCRIPTION

Vintage alabaster Art Deco bust. Female sculpture of a 1920s Flapper smiling playfully. Her head is slightly angled in a suggestively coy way which reflects the coquettish flapper attitude of the roaring twenties. This vintage alabaster bust is unsigned but has all the attributes of an accomplished sculptor, when considering the detail on her head dress, rose and teeth.

This beautiful sculpture is a fabulous complement to your art deco home decor or addition to your rare alabaster bust collection. This would make a great house warming gift, birthday gift or graduation gift for an arts or history major.

MEASUREMENTS

Art deco statue measures 13" tall by 11 inches wide by 6" deep and weighs 26lb 6oz.

CONDITION

In good condition considering the age and use of this piece. There appears to be some vintage repairs to the edge of her flapper hat (please see all pictures as they form part of the condition description).
