C.1910-1920. An adorable and rare diamond 'penguin' brooch. He is such a Mr. Charmer! His Burma ruby eye, black & white flapper and the diamond body. What's not to love? Even his claws are charming. The old cut diamonds (mix of old European cut & old mine cut) are securely set in platinum. The total carat weight of the diamonds is approximately 1.3ct. The brooch has its original 'trombone' bar pin clasp, and it is in great working order. The stones have an open back setting. Overall this piece is in great condition.
